Strength

Strength Class is dedicated to building real, usable power. This class focuses on compound lifts, progressive loading, and proper technique to help you get stronger week after week. You’ll train in a coached group environment that pushes intensity while keeping form and safety first. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, move better, or build a solid foundation of strength, Tuesday Strength is where the work gets done, together.

Endurance

THURSDAYS 8:00AM-8:45AM

Endurance Day is where stamina is built and limits are tested. These sessions are designed to push your cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and mental resilience through sustained effort and smart pacing. You’ll grind through challenging workouts alongside the team, learning how to keep moving when it gets uncomfortable. This is about outlasting doubt, building engine, and proving you can go further than you think—with your team right there with you.
